Integrated Self Defense
This Integrated Self-Defense Course provides participants with a comprehensive approach to personal protection by combining unarmed defensive skills with responsible firearm awareness. The course emphasizes situational awareness, decision-making, and safe transitions between empty-hand techniques and defensive tools in accordance with applicable laws, safety standards, and ethical considerations.
Instruction introduces foundational concepts in defensive striking and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu–based grappling, with an emphasis on balance, movement, control, and escape from common close-contact encounters. Participants will develop an understanding of distance management, positional awareness, and personal safety while under physical stress.
The course also incorporates defensive pistol concepts, focusing on safe handling, retention awareness, and responsible employment within a self-defense context. All firearm-related instruction is conducted under strict safety controls and established training protocols.
Training is progressive and conducted under close instructor supervision. Safety, control, discipline, and sound judgment are emphasized at all times.
